OOKI — Terms of Use

End User License Agreement for the OOKI mobile app. Last updated: 28 August 2026

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OOKI.

1. Who can use OOKI

You must be at least 13 years old to use OOKI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. What OOKI is

OOKI lets you pair with another person and exchange private notes and drawings that stay sealed until a shared timer ends. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.

3. Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on OOKI. You agree not to create, send, or store content that:

harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks, or intimidates anyone;
contains hate speech or slurs, or attacks anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age;
is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way;
depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
is spam, a scam, a phishing attempt, or contains unsolicited links;
impersonates another person, or shares someone else's private information;
infringes anyone's intellectual property rights.

We remove violating content and terminate offending accounts, typically without warning.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any note you receive, or any person you are bonded with, from inside the app — tap Report this note on an opened note, or Manage on any bond. You can also block anyone, which prevents them from bonding with you again.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules. To reach us directly, email [email protected].

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes and drawings you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and deliver them to your partner, and to review them if they are reported.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Your journey → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service provided "as is"

OOKI is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
